Complete a course and share your feedback
What happens when you finish a course's last section (and exam, if it has one), and how to rate the course and leave feedback afterward.
Once you finish a course's content, FrontCore takes you to a "Congratulations!" page where you can also rate the course and leave feedback. This article covers how you get there and how the rating and feedback form work.
Finish the course
On the last section of a course, the action button at the bottom changes to Finish course. Clicking it (it shows Finishing course while it saves) marks the course complete and takes you straight to the completed page.
If the course has an exam, finishing the last section isn't enough by itself — you also need to pass the exam. Once you do, the exam results page offers a Continue button (instead of Back to Dashboard) that takes you to the same completed page, as long as every section is done too.
If you revisit a course you've already completed, its own page shows a Course Completed note with a Go to course button that takes you back to this same page any time.
The completed page
You'll see a trophy icon, a Congratulations! heading, and You've successfully completed the course. Great job on your learning journey! underneath.
If your course enforces a time limit, you'll also see a Time Used badge here showing how long your final attempt took. Courses without a time limit don't show this.
Rate the course
Right below the congratulations message is a feedback card titled How was this course?, with the note Your rating helps improve this course for future participants. A badge above the rating tells you how many other learners have already rated this course — or invites you to be the first.
Drag the slider (1–10, starting at 7) to set your rating. An emoji, the number, and a short word — from Poor at the low end up to Excellent at the high end — all update as you move it.
Underneath the slider, a row of tag buttons lets you tap out specifics without typing:
- A rating of 7 or higher shows What did you like? with positive tags: Content Quality, Well Organized, Easy to Follow, Good Pace, Practical Examples, Engaging Material, Relevant Content, Up to date, Useful at work.
- A rating of 6 or lower shows What could be improved? with a different set: Content Quality, Unclear Instructions, Pace Too Fast, Pace Too Slow, Too Difficult, Too Easy, Not Relevant, Outdated, Not engaging.
Tap as many tags as apply — they toggle on and off. Below the tags, an Additional comments box lets you type anything else in your own words; it's entirely optional.
When you're ready, click Update Feedback to save your rating and your tags. Nothing here is required — you can also just click Back to Dashboard below the card without rating the course at all. If you've started rating and try to navigate away without saving, FrontCore asks you to confirm before you go, offering Go back or Leave Without Submitting.
If this is the first time you're rating this course, your rating and tags are saved right away, but a typed comment isn't — only a later update saves the comment. To make sure a comment sticks, submit once first, then use Update feedback on the course's own page afterward to reopen the form, add your comment again, and save.
If you already rated this course partway through (some courses prompt you for a quick rating mid-course), your existing rating, tags, and comment show up here pre-filled, and the button is disabled and reads Feedback Saved until you change something.
After you submit
The card is replaced with a Thanks for sharing! confirmation and Your feedback helps improve this course for future participants. From here, click Back to Dashboard to return to your dashboard.
Change your feedback later
Once you've rated a completed course, its own course page shows a compact Your feedback card with your rating and You have already shared feedback for this course. Click Update feedback on that card to reopen the same form, change your rating, tags, or comment, and save again.
